Refund Policy

Overview

At Learning Hub @ Core Skills Training, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a course purchased through our platform.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase; and
  • You have not accessed or significantly progressed through the course (e.g., no more than 20% completed).


If both conditions are met, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You change your mind after the 14-day period;
  • You have accessed or completed a significant portion of the course;
  • You experience issues related to your personal devices, internet connection, or software;
  • You enrolled in error and failed to notify us within the eligibility period.


Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@coreskillstraining.com.au with your name, course name, and purchase date.
  2. If your request meets our policy, we will issue a refund within 7–10 business days.


Course Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a course after you’ve enrolled, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to transfer to another available course of similar value.
