4. Certificates of Completion
Courses include
Certificates of Completion to users who successfully finish the course content. These certificates:
- Are issued by Core Skills Training;
- Reflect that you have completed the course content and activities;
- Are for personal and professional use and do not imply any particular formal or legal qualification status unless otherwise stated.
5. Instructor Roles and Responsibilities
Courses are created and delivered by Core Skills Training instructors (“Course Providers”), who are responsible for:
- Ensuring their course content is accurate and lawful;
- Updating or maintaining course materials where applicable;
- Engaging with learners in accordance with our platform guidelines.
We may moderate or remove content that violates our standards, but instructors are ultimately accountable for the quality and integrity of their material.
6. Fees and Payments
Course fees are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include GST where applicable. Payments may be made through:
- Credit/debit cards,
- Afterpay, or
- Other approved payment processors.
Purchases are subject to our
Refund Policy.
7. Use of Content
All content on this Website, including courses, materials, text, images, videos, and software, is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

18. Dispute Resolution
18.1 Informal Resolution
If any dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or your use of the Website, please contact us first at support@coreskillstraining.com.au. We will try to resolve the dispute informally in good faith.
18.2 Mediation
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may request that the dispute be referred to mediation, conducted by a mutually agreed independent mediator, before pursuing any other remedies.
18.3 Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within 60 days, either party may refer the dispute to final and binding arbitration under the rules of arbitration body, in Brisbane, Queensland.

18.4 Exceptions

18.5 Dispute Escalation
If a dispute arises, you agree to:

- Proceed to mediation if informal efforts fail within 30 days.
- Resort to arbitration if mediation does not resolve the dispute within 60 days.
Only after these steps can either party initiate formal legal proceedings, except as noted in 11.4.
19. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of any right to enforce that provision in the future. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
